Cayuta Sun Farm will be attending the Annual Farmers Market held for Thanksgiving shoppers in Press Bay Alley. Come by Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 4:30 to 7:30 pm to shop among your neighbors and friends.

Prepare your feast with produce and meats from local small farms. We encourage you to try out our new online market preorder system. Make a deposit for roasts or other cuts and a package will be waiting for you on the market day you select.

Cayuta Sun Farm would like to express our gratitude for your patronage at our markets. Everywhere we set up our stand we are always happy to see our customers.

During the first hour of every market now through August 31st, customers will receive a one dollar per pound discount on any one of our chickens.

To receive the discount just ask for the “early bird special” when you make your order at the farmers market booth within the first hour of market.
The Montour Falls farmers market opens at 4 PM on Thursdays.
The Ithaca Farmers Market opens at 9 AM on Saturdays and 10 AM on Sundays.

The owners of Cayuta Sun Farm are both teachers. We are committed to education in our schools, community and on the farm.

Buy up to 3 whole, grass-pastured chickens for $3 per pound between February 17 – 26, 2017.

These birds were raised in ideal conditions: under the warm sun on natural grass pastures. They are flavorful, tender and healthy.

Normally sold at $4.50 per pound, Cayuta Sun Farm is offering all teachers a delicious discount at our farmers market booths.

All  level of teachers (from pre-kindergarten through university) who show their employee or union identification card at the Cayuta Sun Farm market booth can buy up to 3 whole, grass-pastured chickens for $3 per pound.

We sell gourmet chickens at each markets until sold out. You are encouraged to reserve your chickens in advance to avoid missing out.
