Cayuta Sun Farm is a small, permaculture-based operation. On pasture and under the canopy of trees, we aim to produce pasture-raised meats and a variety of sustainably produced woodland products.

This farm is the home of Michael Burns & Kelly Dietz who seek to build a local, regenerative economy that builds community and supports food sovereignty. Each year we commit to struggle and innovation to produce food that is healthy for our environment and ourselves. Cayuta Sun Farm also supports regenerative farming education by hosting workshops and events, especially with the Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute.
